Andi ist nach Fuertevenura verreist und auf der suche nach sich selber. Er trifft dort seinen Vater den er nie gekannt hat und endeckt einige Abgründe seiner Familie.
Andi (27), has just graduated. To take his mind off things, he decides to go to Fuerteventura to learn how to surf ad visit his father Chris (50), who left Germany years agow to live on the island. The local surfer clique welcomes Andi with open arms and quickly falls for surfing teacher Tina (32), forming at the same time a reluctant friendship with a mysterious surfer. But his relationship to his father, whom Andi hasn’t seen in years, is strained. Soon old wounds start to rip open again and a long-kept secret threatens to turn Andi’s world upsite down.
